John Van Saders
John has served as Chief Executive Officer of Duet Microelectronics since its founding in 2016. He brings to Duet Microelectronics over 35 years of semiconductor experience, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of ANADIGICS. Prior to that role, he served as Executive Vice President of Quality and Design Technology, Senior Vice President - RF Products, and Vice President, Advanced Development at ANADIGICS. John also held leadership positions at Apogee Photonics and ASIP.
John earned a BSc degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in Optical Physics and MSc degree in Communication Theory Electrical Engineering from NJIT. He has been awarded several patents in circuit design and optical processing, and has authored a number of technical publications.
John is a fan of Frank Lloyd Wright and has produced several CNC art projects inspired by his designs.
EVP, Sales & Marketing
Tim has served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Duet Microelectronics since its founding in 2016. He most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Products at ANADIGICS and served in various leadership roles at that company, including General Manager of the Fiber Optic Product segment, as well as Vice President of Design Technology. Tim has authored numerous technical articles for trade journals and publications and holds three U.S. patents.
Tim earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and has completed graduate and executive courses at both Rutgers University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Bob has served as Chief Technology Officer of Duet Microelectronics since its founding in 2016. He most recently held the position of Chief Technology Officer at ANADIGICS. Bob played an instrumental role during the ANADIGICS start-up in 1985, where he led the development of the industry’s first GaAs MMIC PA to go into volume production in a cell phone. He has also held leadership positions at Jacket Micro Devices, WJ Communications, Tropian and Mobilian. Bob was on the ISSCC and MTTS technical program committees and has authored over 20 technical articles for trade journals and publications, and holds 25 U.S. patents.
Bob earned a BS degree from Spring Garden College and MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University where his graduate work concentrated on semiconductor device physics and integrated circuit engineering.
Dave has served as Executive Vice President, Engineering of Duet Microelectronics since its founding in 2016. He most recently held the position of Vice President Manufacturing Engineering at ANADIGICS. He also served in various R&D and Product Development Vice President roles over the years. Upon joining ANADIGICS, Dave was responsible for leading design and development activity for the first commercial plastic packaged MMIC PA for wireless handsets. Subsequently, he worked on establishing the high volume digital CDMA & GSM PA module products.
Dave earned a BSEE degree in Microelectronics and Computer Engineering from Drexel University.
